NOT a romance novel like this author usually writes. Told in alternating chapters between Ford, the bestselling author who hasn't written anything of substance since his wife/agent died 6 years ago, and Jackie, a university researcher who's devil story of her hometown intrigues Ford. So, he hires her as an assistant, buys a falling town house in that town and sets off to find out more about the Devil story. What is fact and what is fiction? I loved this book! The story was great and unexpected. The main characters were easy to fall in love with. The side characters were wonderfully quirky. There was lots of mystery and suspense, and some supernatural and love. It was a riveting read that kept me turning pages. There was no love at first sight but instead a slow build up to love. Plenty of adventures await! You don't want to miss this book! aucune critique | ajouter une critique
