One of a trio of books about three childhood friends and their romantic adventures. Maddie grew up with a domineering, overly strict mother. Now she is pregnant and unmarried and very happy about this turn of events, thank you. However, she is not very happy when she finds herself trapped in a traffic jam and in active labor. She leaves her car and goes to a truck on the outside lane and finds a white knight who recognizes her dilemma and takes her to the hospital. When she discovers that her knight is slightly tarnished, that his wife left him and their son, the one bitter, the other confused. She decides she must return the assistance given her. Theere are many roadblocks and twists and turns, but this is a nice little read with a mostly happy ending. ( ) aucune critique | ajouter une critique
