This book was very sad, and it made the story of the holocaust even more real, if possible. It was nice to put faces to all of the stories heard about this time in history. ( )

These are compelling photos who tell the story of the Holocaust's impact on the children.

I have mixed feelings about this book. I think that it is a great way to show children what people have had to go through, but I feel that some of the pictures are a little too much for young children.
