I found the characters confusing because I did not know the history behind them. The story was too predictable. The more the finger pointed to a suspect the more sure I was that it was a false lead. The relationships were nice, but I just couldn’t connect with any of the characters. Not a bad read, just not her best. Blackstock, Terri, Breaker's Reef, religious - When a famous mystery writer moves to Cape Refuge, ex-con Sheila Caruso mom to Sadie n Caleb - is hired to type for him. Police chief Cade a cop finds a murdered girl, but situation is a copy-cat of a scene from one of the novels - characters not entirely believable, but continuity from a series is good. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
