"We could relate to this book simply after reading the first sentence." --Fitness Working women tend to place the needs of everyone else--families, friends, bosses, colleagues--ahead of their own health, putting themselves at risk by putting themselves last. I like this book very much! I mainly read it to keep me motivated and in the right train of thought. I, personally, do not recommend the cabbage diet though. Other than that, this book is wonderful. ( )
