In this story mickey is sent to live with his uncle Ronald to escape the abuse of his father. Mickey, his uncle, and cousins try the governments patience with continuous pranks when they attempt to collect the entire towns delinquent taxes. though the story starts off showing mickeys fair and danger it quickly turns to a pleasurable story.

This book demonstrates the real mishaps of numerous children as far as child abuse and them over coming the abuse.

I could use this book in my classroom as a social lesson.
