It's just as cute as the other reviewers say, but I just have trouble lately with books that forget that predators and prey can't really be friends. The woolly texture does feel like it will last a while - it's probably ok for a nursery school or library to buy this. ( )

The gift that keeps on giving. A little hedgehog gets a red wool hat as a gift. It doesn't fit him so he gives it to a friend. Through a series of events the hat makes its way back to Hedgehog and is now the perfect size. This story has good examples of the blessings of true friendship. A theme might be that friendship is about giving and being their for one another. A good warm your heart story. A great story for explaining the power of voice inflection. The illustrations are cute too.
