Chakra Clearing

Sometimes we find big things coming out of small packages, and I found that to be true in this wonderful CD and book set by Doreen. I have found her to always be loving and concise in her guidance and I find it again here.

This helpful little book offers many ways to clear and cleanse your chakras, but also how to help others with theirs, and to facilitate energy clearing on a multitude of levels including toning and chanting. It is easy to read and to understand, and I feel it will be a helpful tool and reference.

The accompanying cd is totally delightful, the music relaxing and soothing and the morning and evening meditations fit right in with the book. I had been looking for a nightly meditation that would not put me to sleep or wind me up, but that would gently help me to release my day and to snuggle in close with God and the Angels, and I have found just what I was looking for.
