Simple yet fun book about making friends. Two boys meet on the street and engage in a mono syllabic conversation. This could be a very fun student read aloud, with 2 students or a divided class. Great for understanding punctuation and practicing expression while reading. ( )

This book is a great book for children who are just learning how to read. It has a really good and deep meaning. This book teaches children about how important it is to always treat others the way you want to be treated and to always include others, even if they are not the same as you. It would be a great book for a friendship unit. This book would teach children how to be a friend and to always be a friend to others. This book is definitely for younger kids specifically between the ages of 4 and 7. The illustrations in this book are very bright and loud and sure to grab a child's interest. The illustrations are also good at telling the story. ( )
