According to Vedic scriptures, reincarnation is not a theory or system of beliefs (as depicted in modern `popular' works), but a precise science that explains our past and future lives. Here is a pocket-size illustrated book on the time-less phenomenon. Written by an enlightened Master, the book presents the subject with powerful quotes from Sanskrit texts. The concept reincarnation appears in ancient texts as well as scriptures of many religions. The author gives a brief history of the subject and its acceptance in many traditions. He takes three cases out of the Hindu scriptures that demonstrate the idea in story form. He has done an excellent job of clarifying the generally misunderstood science. Swami Prabhupada is a renowned Sanskrit scholar, Vedic scholar, and venerated Guru of many disciples. His eminent knowledge is evident throughout the book. He has presented a complex subject in simple English for the lay person. The Glossary is very helpful for beginners. This compelling book will get the reader to think. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
