This is a great resource for anyone doing beginning research in American History. It explains the difference between primary and secondary sources. It discusses plagiarism and how to decide whether or not a web site is credible, and it lists 250 different websites to get you started in your research. The web sites are listed according to specific time periods in US History which makes it even more helpful. The only thing that I could possibly fault with this book is that it was published in 2005, and some of the web sites may be out of date, but I feel that it is still a useful tool.
