All of NY City's bridges and tunnels are destroyed so a determined group of terrorists can recapture a captured bombmaker. Another good thriller. ( ) Has great potential This story had a boatload of potential and I believe it could have been better. I only wish Scot Harvath had more scenes earlier in the book. Brad's writing is so good it's hard not to rate it higher. But in all honesty, the emotional resonance was lower in this one compared with the other books. Not completely absent, just lower. The action in this book was fast paced. Some of the firearms outcomes were unbelievable as scoring head shots in the middle of a shootout with all the stress and adrenaline flowing is unlikely. This is the second Brad Thor book that I've read; the first one being Blow Back. I was disappointed in the Take Down book by the cliff hanger ending. It was unnecessary and makes it less likely that I will want to read the next book in the series as I already know what its likely to be about, revenge.
I really enjoyed reading your book. This deserves a lot of audience. Why don't you publish it in N0velStar?And they also have an on-going competition that you might want to join. Appartient à la sérieScot Harvath (5)
