This unfortunately didn't do it for me. The writing/plot felt rushed and unrealistic. The way the characters felt about others, vs how they spoke and acted toward them felt contradicting and confusing. I didn't feel connected to any of the characters and wasn't interested in the plot/story line. Cette critique a été écrite dans le cadre des Critiques en avant-première de LibraryThing. I really liked this story. Sage and Ryker meet when Sage applies for a job in Ryker’s strip club. She needs to get her sister an experimental drug for Her cancer and the way to do that is through Ryker. They strike a bargain, throw a little mystery in and it’s a sweet, cute story aucune critique | ajouter une critique

In addition to a great main character, the plot was good and seemed plausible. It made me wonder just how far I would go for a family member that is seriously ill.
I look forward to reading the next book in this series. I received a free copy, in exchange for my honest review. ( )
