No. I demand the last half of the book to be rewritten. That was too depressing. ( )

The more I read this book I am convinced that this series is just Harry Potter except with Astrology and elemental magic. I am not kidding at all about this. I mean, we have the BURROW. You know the same place that the WEASLEY'S live in. The exception is the home belongs to Luna Lovegood and her father Geraldine and her father, Hamish. You cannot change my mind on this.

The Celestial Heirs - Caleb/Seth - possibly the two always accompanying Draco around. Max - Blaise Zabini.
Geraldine Grus - Luna Lovegood

Tyler Corbin/Xavier - possibly either the Weasley Twins (Tyler maybe) and Ron Weasley (Tyler fits this one too)

I cannot for the life of me remember the writer of nasty newspaper articles but nevertheless, we have Rita Skeeter.

With that out of the way, it is time to turn toward the review of this book. I don't even know where exactly to begin with this review. There were some parts that I really enjoyed in this book but at the same time, the entire book seemed slow, repetitive, and flat. And the climax to each book's ending is just meh. It is never exciting and never has a built-up. I am surmising because of all of the damn soap opera going on between all of the characters. Enemies to Lovers. Miscommunications in relationships. Characters coming between the romance. All this and everything in between.

All of these are soap opera tropes. Trust me, I used to watch a lot of soap operas growing up because of my Mom.

Even the romance between Darius and Tory feels soap operay. You cannot change my mind on this. They were enemies. Hated each other with a fiery passion. And became lovers only to be torn apart AGAIN.

I wish this story was exciting. I had heard so much praise for this series and I know I should stop listening to them because I have come across nothing but misses. I know I have one last book for now but I don't know if I am going to finish the next book. I just will have to see if it is going to be worth it. ( )

I love Zodiac Academy more than ACOTAR. There I said it. The world of Solaria is amazing. The writing is always amazing. And the authors are always amazing. I have officially found my favorite authors. Does that make me biased, maybe.

The plot is always so great, and I can almost never figure out which way the authors will go. The twisted sisters also always keep my emotions in a chokehold. Whether it’s laughing (which I do quite a lot), crying (I also do this a lot), or wishing I had a man like any character in ZA in my life (again I do this a lot).

I started this series when I was trusting to rediscover myself after a pretty rough breakup. During the relationship I lost who I was. Darcy and Tory helped me remember who I was, and reminded me that I am a BA female MC in my life.

Lastly, I’m so excited for ZA8. I have absolutely devoted every book that takes place in Solaria since I started ZA. And I’m not ashamed to say that I have even reread ZA. Which I never reread books because I already know what’s going to happen. ( )

It's been a long time since I have cried (correction BLUBBERED) over a book ending like this. My heart has been torn out of my chest and I have been absolutely played the fool by these authors. But alas, here I am reeling with the fact that *SPOILERS* we have no idea how the heirs are going to survive, our favorite dragon is dead, the slippery salmon herself is hanging onto life by a thread, and one of rightful queens is being ripped from the fae world one agonizing moment at a time. And you expect me to wait another YEAR for the next book? Not trying to point fingers, but I'm pretty sure torture like that was outlawed by the Geneva convention. ( )
