Geronimo Stilton takes a trip to England and works to solve the mystery of the disappearing Stilton cheese.

This book is excellent towards displaying various literary devices for readers who have a wide range of vocabulary. Geronimo uses similes, idioms, and hyperboles to describe how he is feeling and the progress of his trip. One notable characteristic of this book is that after Geronimo mentions a fact or location in England, the next pages will have a colorful drawing or diagram explaining the information in detail. A second notable characteristic is that on each page specific words/phrases are either in bold, written in a different color, and/or written in a different font. This characteristic helps to draw attention to key dialogue, information, or turning points in the story. ( )

I, Geronimo Stilton, am not a big fan of spooky things. But when the Stilton cheese began disappearing all around me, I had to do something! Could I find the mysterious cheese thief, or was I in for a big scare? Putrid cheese puffs, what an adventure!

Another strange mystery for detective stilton, and this one is in england!
