Waking up next to a stranger wearing a wedding ring was not on the itinerary. I came to Las Vegas for a quick girl's trip, but somehow ended up a married woman. What I thought would stay in Vegas followed me back to my small town of Sunrise Bay, Alaska. Of course, my new husband-MMA champion fighter, Logan Stone, couldn't find me alone at my house to tell me he wants to give our impromptu nuptials a shot. He has, to tell me in front of my entire family and half the town. The two of us couldn't be more opposite, but he offers me a deal I can't refuse which involves me pretending we're happily married for three months. Yeah, a lot of things can, change in that short amount of time, most importantly catching feelings for a man whose lifestyle I despise. Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |

This is one of those series that as soon as a preorder goes up I instantly purchase them. I think that this was my favorite of the series because I liked how trust was such a pivotal duality between the characters. They both had their own issues concerning a particular parent and I liked that they had that in common. To be clear, not that they had to experience it but that they both were aware of it.
As much as I loved Nikki, my heart belonged to Logan. I liked how hard he fought for this relationship. I liked that the authors built on this and, ultimately, the trust thing because it made these characters that much more special.
Much like the Bailey family series, this is filled with very different tropes in romance as well as characters. I like that because it doesn't get stale or boring. This is a great series building on crazy grandmas, loveable siblings, and a strong-knit family while giving just the right amount of spice, life lessons, and love. ( )
