She returns to say she's pregnant.
In that time of separation neither are with others.

After the prologue. Chapter 1.
The couple are married but separated.
The biker babe on my thigh cups my chin and forces me to look at her.

What I didn't like was how they needed to discuss things but they end up kissing etc even though she's seeing another man with the intention of getting married to him.

Later the heroine says ' “I never slept with him,” she clarifies, finally admitting something I never wanted to ask.'

I found it a bit confusing, it seemed to imply she had slept with her current man but then stated she didn't.
