The first half had me grinning to myself like a fool and the second half had me crying in my pillow so hard.
The pacing was perfect. It has disability rep. Vanessa is just so funny and spontaneous however her love interest Adrian, is this stiff hot neighbor who happens to be a very sweet man..
This book was near perfect. It didn’t lean on the miscommunication trope as heavily as other books do, therefore it didn’t make me feel repulsed by it. It was actually more, when are you guys going to realize you’re in love with each other! But also, I’m not in a rush to find out because the in between parts are actually really good.

This book is like watching a viral vlog post dedicated to the cliche of living your best life. But, really, it does such a good job of showing life as a gift and an adventure—one that needs to be taken advantage of every day, every hour, every minute. Instead of being paralyzed by fear, chained by unforgiveness, or dealing with loss through any number of unhealthy coping mechanisms, fight to focus on the beauty and people and love that’s right in front of you. Don’t stare at the sun waiting for the meteor to hit. The bad stuff’s coming (whatever it happens to be) no matter what, so enjoy the grand adventure of life happening all around you. Jump into that life and live fully. ( )
Hooked from the beginning. The story had all the feels, I cried and laughed. Well written with characters to die for. Loved and could easily read again in the future. ( )

Excellent romantic comedy. It had some seriousness, some humor and light heartedness, and terrific male and female protagonists. Very modern and up-to-date about social media. There was also a lot of seriousness about ALS, and donating to charity, which was a good thing. I would highly recommed for conremporary romance readers. Some explicit sex scenes but not too many or too long. ( )
