Gemma Gene's adorable comics celebrate fur-parenthood and the extreme love you experience when you look into your dog's eyes. If you are never alone when you go to the bathroom, are forced to share your food, and find your life ruled by a sassy fur ball, Living With Mochi is the perfect book for you. When architect-turned-cartoonist Gemma Gené first met her pet pug, Mochi, she felt as if time stopped. This dramatic moment and her adoring relationship with the rambunctious pug led her to begin chronicling her adventures with Mochi in a series of incredibly cute webcomics that have gained a social media following of half a million loyal readers. The comics chronicle Mochi's life from puppyhood to adulthood, featuring Mochi's unrequited dog friendships, his jealousy of his two dog-brothers, and his love of food. Readers and dog parents will love this humorous tale of a sincerely loyal friendship between one grumpy pug and his adoring ow… (plus d'informations)

Mochi is a dog who has so much sass and fun in one little creature. Of course, this lovely being needed their own comic book! Muchi is a pug (because of course he is), and he has the best facial expressions for a dog in a comic book. I love it. He's adorable, he's cute and he vomits when he's anxious (come on guys, life is tough sometimes - my one cat still does this).

The owner's reactions to getting a new dog were exactly how I was with getting all of my animals. It's an exciting time and it's thrilling! For years you beg and get excited and hope... and then one day you get that ball of sunshine! It's relatable and also completely adorable. Don't we all want a pet like Mochi? Who's always there being a ray of goofy sunshine?

I love this collection, I can't lie! It's sugary sweet, positively awesome and so much fun.

Five out of five stars. I want more!

Cutesy, safe, and gentle humor about having a dog for a pet. There weren't any belly laughs for me, but it was amusing enough. ( )

This is a series of simple cartoons about life with Mochi the pug. I see many familiar things as I am a dog mami. Overall the book was cute, but it can also be a bit too much of a good thing. It feels repetitive at times, and would probably not feel that way if I was reading it a strip at a time. ( )
