This story would be a wonderful teaching tool for learning shapes. The story line is exciting and would be easy for the students to relate to. This realistic fiction story would be perfect for beginning readers since each page only contains one small sentence. Summary: Some children are going to the circus and are very excited to see the show. They enjoy watching the ringmaster and a man on stilts. There are many animals with unique talents, including dancing dogs. The children describe shapes that the animals make with various objects. There's also a band and several acrobats performing. The show ends with everyone presenting their individual talents together and shapes are everywhere. This picture book would make a great addition to any elementary classroom. It's especially great to read when teaching children about shapes and their definitions. The author explains various activities in the back of the book. These activities encourage adults and kids to work together and discover shapes in the world around them. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
