This book is an inspirational book filled with beautiful, mellow illustrations. This story is about how we all bring our own unique selves to the world and how that is a beautiful thing. We work, learn, think in different ways but we can all be kind and work with others in a productive way. ( )

While this book did remind me of "Oh the Places You'll Go" (AKA perfect for a graduating gift, new baby, etc.), it was better than I expected. Once again, I was worried because, you know, that whole celebrity written thing.

But the illustrations are lovely and the book made me smile. ( )

Great book for any subject with a good message for students. Mostly for younger grade levels like 1st to 2nd. There is a diversity of backgrounds and cultures which is perfect to show your students because you probably have a diverse group of students in your classroom. There is a great message of individuality and how students may do things differently but we are all important. ( )

Primary; Fiction; This story talks about the importance of each child's own strengths and differences. In describing how we are all made differently, she describes how the we all work together to make the world beautiful through a story of children working on making hot air balloons. Great for a read aloud book! ( )
