But the author has some salient points which leave the reader with things to ponder. He actually does a pretty good job of criticising the DNA tests done in 1993 on the alleged Romanov bones, which were so hilariously far from conclusive and convincing and would never stand up in any modern court as legitimate evidence. The book takes an interesting turn near the end which I won't spoil, but honestly is pretty compelling and entices one to continue reading.
Again, I don't really believe the guy, but his book makes for good reading, especially for those who just can't stand another work on what we're supposed to believe happened to the Romanovs (*yawn*).
