Citizen baby also talks about the voting process, waiting in the poll lines, getting stickers, and waiting to hear the results of those who are elected. The moral of the story is that your vote counts, and that its your civic duty to do so. - Tags/Subject headings that describe the content: Politics, voting, the process of voting. - My response: this story has a clear agenda, getting people to vote and being an active participator in the process. It is written in language that would be easy for children to understand. I do not think this is the best book that gets kids learning about voting, but it’s a start. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
Citizen Baby knows a thing or two about voting. It's important to meet candidates (they love babies!) and to call voters. Plus, you get a sticker! Children and adults alike will enjoy learning about voting in this adorable, informative book. -- Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
