This book is dedicated to Jesus Christ, my Lord & Savior. My wife, Miriam, who has shared my life for the past 25 years. My duaghter, Keziah & Lydia, because they wanted to see their names in this book. Well, here they are! My fellow elders & church members, for allowing me the time off to write this thing.
