The 'Hero' gets a phone call from a colleague to ask for help from the heroine, who then also talks to him on the phone about a life threatening stalker, while he's on the phone a ONS is stripping in his bedroom in front of him and then giving him oral. After the phone call there are no details but they have sex. The heroine is then brought to his house for her safety where the other woman is half dressed and he begins to be intimate with her again in front of her. He highlights her risks to her safety if she leaves, he does stop but it's incredibly bad taste. Obviously during the separation you expect them to be with other people but the heroine is bruised after her stalker broke in, plus the reuniting meet up is not easy for either of them, it's not going to help the trauma the heroine is facing to deal with his behaviour. This story was full of suspense, angst, love, and more. Kynan is a security specialist and he takes on a case of his ex that they haven’t talked to in 12 years. Joslyn has a crazy stalker and knows the only person that will be able to protect her is Kynan. They have issues because when they broke up it was a huge misunderstanding but they don’t know that. I loved all parts of this story especially towards the end it was like watching a tv show. I wish they had t waited 12 years to talk about things but it adds more tension to story. (
