I love all the characters in this series, and this volume did a great job bringing the Turf Wars plot to a satisfying conclusion. ( ) Amazing. This is the third and final (in this three part series) TPB in the Turf Wars story line. Everything comes to a head. The Presidential race, the fight for both Republic City as well as for the portal. And, of course, what's pushing Korra in this volume is rescuing Asami, who has been taken by Tokuga. He wants her to make something for him, and, of course, she doesn't want to do that. And then there's the end. It's like DiMartino took the ending of the actual show, but then made it what so so many of us who watched it originally wanted it to be. That the two women who saved Republic City (in this case, again) are in love and are living happily ever after. Ooh, and, they're going to make a big library edition for Turf Wars, and, be still my beating heart I can't wait (and, there's going to be another series soon too. Wow. Wow.) aucune critique | ajouter une critique

When Asami is kidnapped, Korra sets out to the Spirit Wilds to find her. Now teeming with dark spirits influenced by the half spirit-half human Tokuga, the landscape is more dangerous than ever before. The two women must trust in each other and work together if they are to make it out alive. Their fate is revealed in this stunning, action-packed conclusion to The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars! Written by series co-creator Michael Dante DiMartino and drawn by Irene Koh (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Afrina and the Glass Coffin), with consultation by Bryan Konietzko, this is the official continuation of the beloved television series!.
