Quel enfer ! Voila un livre brillant dont on ne sort pas indemne, un livre choc qui rappellera (il le cite d’ailleurs) le film Soleil vert de Richard Fleischer. Et là, rien n’est épargné au lecteur de la visite d’un abattoir-boucherie de chair humaine à la chasse, la dégustation de doigts, de rognons ou de cervelle… Le tout dans un climat totalitariste, déshumanisé et anxiogène.
C’est difficilement supportable et cela appelle inévitablement à une introspection sur sa propre consommation de viande et ses indissociables aveuglements – hypocrisies – cynismes – indécences…
Et au travers de ce livre… un homme blessé, une pierre dans le coeur et qui pleure son enfant perdu et son père malade ( )
