The characters are amazingly funny and yet you can't help but feels for everything they are going through. Miles has spent 10 years in a bad on again-off again relationship and his fears and pain are easy to understand. I found myself chuckling out loud numerous times and had a smile on my face the whole time. Mercedes/Kate had just the right amount of snark and neurosis that made her an absolute delight, and Miles was all that an a bag of chips. Definitely a BBF. Numerous times I found myself wondering if this is how most of my favorite authors are when it comes to their craft. I'm going to hop so! Kate and Miles are a perfect couple and their journey is great. Amy wrote a completely believable story full of humor, spicy sex, and all around good vibe. (
