In Hosea 4:6 God mourns over the fact that his people are being destroyed due to their lack of knowledge. What was true in Hosea's day, is still true today. There is a constant need for God's people to grow in their knowledge of his word so that we can live the life of Christ that God has designed for us. Growing in knowledge is not something that happens accidentally or haphazardly. Because of this there is a constant need for comprehensive and systematic approaches to learning and growing spiritually as disciples. The Word of God is the first volume of the C.O.R.E. Curriculum series, which is designed to be one tool used in the task of growing in our understanding of God, his Son, his Spirit, his word, and how he wants us to live. The Word of God examines how we should understand and approach God's word, how we can trust and rely that it is his word, how to correctly interpret and study the Bible, how to enjoy God's word, and much more. The C.O.R.E. Curriculum series is designed to meet the needs of any sized body of believers and can be used as an individual resource, a small group resource, a Bible talk or Bible study group resource, or in a classroom situation. Each chapter of every book contains all the resources and lesson plans needed to implement the material in any of those formats.… (plus d'informations)
