With her directness and sensitivity this author packs a one, two punch that I feel can benefit anyone like myself that kinda sorta knows what they want and where they are going, but has a big structuring problem when it comes to the "how do I incorporate this into my daily life?" This book is so well laid out, the questions are direct and the exercises right on target, broken into little chunks so I didn't get overwhelmed it really gave me the confidence to move forward. I especially loved the affirmations of the day because it gave me a way to keep my mind focused when I got fearful of change. I would recommend this book to anyone who would like some gentle help along the way. Thanks so much Denise, these techniques will stay with me for a long time. The author takes a very metaphysical approach with a heavy emphasis on non-coincidental happenings, spiritual guidance and attunement with the planet. However, a number of the exercises do offer an inward directed approach to determining true desires and intentions which would be helpful in a coaching relationship. Some of the most valuable themes are simplifying your life, taking action, discovering what you truly want for your life and modifying your inward and outward thoughts to help you get there.
Overall, this was an interesting book. If you're more spiritually inclined, you'll likely get a lot out of the exercises. Even if you take everything at face value, however, there is still some valuable insight to be gained. (
