Romance

Originally published in 1983 and 1984 this was interesting to read, you can see how she's starting to experiment with the format and how she's expanding the format. There's also some work with pushy 80s heroes and how they don't have to get their own way short-term but eventually do get their way. There's also compromise and things work out well for both parties.

This Magic Moment is a story about a magician and a producer and about how they learn to live with each other's flaws and bad upbringings. The romance was pretty good but the end left me a little let down.

Storm Warning is much more in her more recent thriller vein. Auitumn Gallagher goes to visit her aunt in her mountain inn and to take some photographs only to find the man who broke her heart there, leaving would admit she cares. Then a storm closes them in and one of the guests is murdered. Several of the guests have motive including her ex.

Light easy reads, the guys are sometimes over pushy but they are probably better than most of the era. ( )
