The first few stories were great with surprising twists at the end. As the book progressed though, the endings became more expected. I don't know if that's because I had developed a feel for how Weir was writing them or because they were actually less surprising though. Enjoyable narration. ( ) The Egg and Other Stories by Andy Weir Oh my gosh! This book was so fantastic! It has a bunch of short twisty stories that grab you right away but twist your head around at the end! I laughed at the ending of a few the re-reading listened to them! ( After I had the complete story!) What a hoot! My favorites are "Access" about a girl with a special power. Then "Annie's Day" which is simply a day in the life of Annie! Hahaha! Narration was flawless! This is a varied collection of short stories from Andy Weir. They range from hard sf to much softer and fuzzier fantastic fiction. Not all of the narrators are reliable; one narrator isn't who we think they are. Some of these stories work much better for me than others, but overall this is an enjoyable and satisfying collection. It's an enjoyable way to spend an hour or so of your time. I bought this audiobook. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
