In those days, it was easier to get on the white house grounds and into the white house then it is now. This is a quick and easy read with real people and places. one f a series nominally written by Elliot, son of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, in which Eleanor is the detective. This one concerns the murder of a socialite who turns out to be a blackmailer with photographs of several prominent men in compromising positions.
