However, it was also cheesy, and not in the cute way. Also, the author made some strange...mistakes or typos or writing choices...I'm not sure which. And it detracted from the story. I did enjoy it, for the most part, but I'm very glad it's not part of a series. ( ) I'm pretty sure I got this book from a friend, though I don't see that she rated it on here, so I might be mistaken. The opening was not the attention grabbing type I'm used to for a suspense book. Lauren and her mom Nina are traveling to San Francisco for a girls weekend, and Nina is trying to get Lauren interested in the pilot. Also on the plane are a female copilot and several business executives. Sabotage takes the plane down and evidence points to someone on the plane being a saboteur. I didn't guess who it was before the author revealed it, but that is rather normal for me as a reader. Once they got into the mining town, the action picked up and I grew to care about the three main focus characters. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
