I can totally identify with Graham. I fell in love with both men right off the bat and laughed with them right to the very end. BC and Graham felt so real both in their awkward love and snark. It's a beautiful, honest look at a refreshing romance. ( ) Graham and BC meet each other briefly during an encounter at their friend's wedding. They both are used to one-offs and don't intend to get involved further. Graham is a travel writer and doesn't stay in one place for very long. Eventually, BC decided he wants to get to know Graham and gets his friends to connect them. They get close and when Graham deals with a medical diagnosis, BC is there for him. They were very sweet together. Overall, I really liked the story. They were great characters and had growth. The only thing that I really didn't like was that we were told a lot about their relationship, but didn't experience it on the page. I couldn't quite pinpoint when they really fell in love with each other because in one minute they were just together, then in the next, BC is head over heels. Graham seemed quite distant throughout a lot of it, but then it seemed like all of a sudden he was all in love also. It felt a little disjointed in that respect. One journey through the depths of recovery brings two perpetual bachelors into the unknown territory of love. The Wanderer is book one in Dahlia Donovan's international bestselling gay romance series, The Sin Bin. Each one features hot rugby players and the men who steal their hearts. "The Wanderer hits some hard truths of how cruel life can really be, but on the flip side of that, it shows that love is such a beautiful and patient thing that seriously will come out of nowhere, knock you flat on your arse and make you a better person than you ever thought you could be." —Lil Maso for PNR Book Lover Reviews Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
