Aside from the unlikelihood of the plot developments, the tone of this tribute to those affected by the Tohuko earthquake is way out of step with the over-the-top shenanigans of the rest of the series. It was a very odd choice in story direction to say the least. But then again, maybe it is so outrageous as to fit perfectly in this very stupid guilty pleasure of a series. ( )

The 2011 Tohoku Earthquake and tsunami has hit Japan and Aoi (and Grandma) is directly in the path of this disaster...and so is his mother and...little brother?

Mitsuru and Tokugawa are on damage control at Headquarters, keeping her father calm and collected.

Megumu and Mitsuru's dad has been dispatched to help rescue survivors (especially when the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant explodes the next day) but the big question is...is Aoi, Grandma, and the newly discovered family okay? PLEASE LET AOI BE OKAY!!

This series has 15 volumes. ( )
