Continuing my Symphony of Ages re-read, I had very little recollection of this book. Definitely a middle book? Certainly not clear what the end game of this series is yet, but I enjoyed spending more time with these characters. (

I love these books despite myself. I'm not really an epic fantasy kind of person, especially ones that are a little on the dark side, but I stick with this series. I guess its just hopeful enough for me and the characters are fantastic. (
