This book talks about the history behind discovering new information about the solar system. Inside, it has the different astronomers and talks about who they are and what they each discovered. It also talks about the history of the telescope and the creator of that. This book has a lot of insightful information that some children might be interested in knowing about when discussing the solar system in class. I would have this book accessible for the children if they wanted to do a research paper on astronomers or the telescope, when the time came for them to write a paper about something to do with space.
