The Outlaws have disbanded and both Jason and Roy wind up, "helping" on the same case. THe woman they 'help', a DC fixer, then gives them a sort of trial mission. Which they.. sort of complete. Soon after Roy starts a heroes for hire sort of company, and that gets them going down an entirely different rabbit hole.
In this TPB they also go after a bad guy called Underbelly. And they meet Joker's Daughter. And I have to say that I didn't see the Joker's Daughter stuff coming, and it could wind up being really interesting, or really, really annoying where they go next.
It was a fun short TPB. I'm still not totally sure if I like what they've done to Roy's character, but, in this TPB he and Jason have much chemistry.
I got this galley through Netgalley on behalf of DC Entertainment. ( )
