She puts him in the oven and when she opens the oven door to check on him he jumps out. He immediately starts to run away. As he is running he is bragging about how fast he is and that no one can catch him. He comes into contact with a variety of people and animals. No one can catch him. Them he runs into a sly fox. Thats when things change for the Gingerbread Boy. This is a story that we have all heard. I believe the things the Gingerbread Boy incounter and the words he uses to describe how fast he is changes from book to book, but the overall story remains the same. This would be a great book to read during the holidays, possibly when you are making gingerbread houses. This would also be a great book to start a discussion on manners. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
