It’s a good book, especially if you liked the movie. My only problem was the illustrations. They didn’t do a good job with the people’s faces. All the animals look fine but when you actually look at Princess Aurora or Maleficent their faces look rather strange. As I was reading this as much for the illustrations as for the story I was rather disappointed. Almost every picture felt like there was something slightly off about it, the ones with main characters most of all. I would recommend it for children who really enjoyed the movie, but if you have watched the movie as many times as I have it may feel like it’s lacking something. ( )
