This new novel introduces Kirk, a young high school guy, and his two best friends, Michael and Carl, including Michelle the girl whom he fell in love with. The story points out how Kirk deals with the emotions over Michelle whom he fell in love with at first sight. For example, Kirk met Michelle during her first year in high school. He began talking to her trying to be her boyfriend, but she wouldn't give him the chance. On several occasions Kirk had met with Michelle and has conversations with her. He had asked her several of times if he could treat her to lunch but she would say, "No, thank you," and stated it in a nice way by saying she is fine. Kirk began begging her couple of times to go out to lunch with him, but by him being persisting and has a pity sad look; Michelle finally gave him the chance and said okay. Kirk became happy so now he thinks he is in. During the process of him and her heading off to lunch one day, he met Michael and Carl on the way. When Michael saw Kirk and the young female together he inquires of her, and Kirk being so happy he introduces her to Michael and Carl stating that she is his girl. After a period of time behind Kirk's back Michael met with Michelle and talk with her. She gave into Michael. Later down the line Kirk found out that there was a connection going on between Michael and Michelle, so it has causes a conflict between the two friends. Later on Michael began doing Michelle wrong and also ignoring her which later causes her to do something tragic to herself that landed her in the hospital. The news had gotten out that she was in the hospital, which leads to let Kirk, Michael, Carl and her best friend Kelly know about it. Kirk went to visit her, but Michael didn't because he claims that's not his problem she is there. During the visitation of Kirk, she had come to realize who truly love her. After a period of time that she had spent in the hospital, she had finally gotten out. Now that she is out and is doing well, she now had to decide which one of these guys she will choose to be her permanent lover. Would it be Michael or Kirk?… (plus d'informations)
