This was just plain and simply fun. I call it a "hook, line and sinker" book. It caught my attention from the very beginning, kept me going until the very end. It is a perfect length that makes it an quick enjoyable must read in one sitting. The main character is a joy that I found myself rooting for. I look forward to reading the next two. ( )

Wow. What a gripping story from beginning to end!

This book was something I've needed for a long time, and it ticked all the right boxes. It's probably one of the easiest most captivating story's I've read in months!

The idea of a secret romance is just so exciting and enchanting, you pick it up through every word, even though it's not very long, it still gives a great effect and definitely leaves you Hungary for more and more!

Even the characters come to life and the characters personalities are portrayed extremely well, and are actually pretty relatable to teenage life!

A definite five stars

I was immediately drawn into the story in this book. This was great because it was part 1. I was still sucked into their world even without a big intro into the characters. I really enjoyed this short piece. I was immediately drawn in to the story and felt that I needed no introduction to the characters. This is great because the story is short, we don't need the author to spend too much time introducing us to the characters. The main character Penny is great, the readers can really relate to how she thinks and feels. My only disapointment is that it ended. Can't wait for the next chapter in Pennys life. ( )
