THE CONFESSION OF BROTHER HAULIN: Brother Haulin slips from the roof of the Abbey and makes his deathbed confession to the Abbot and Brother Cadfael. When Haulin recovers he sets on an arduous journey of expiation, with Cadfael as his sole companion.
