( ) This was recommended to me by one of the facilitators at my local poly group and I'm really glad they did. This book is a comprehensive look at polyamory and encompasses any situation that I could conceive of. (I did get some feedback from a monogamous person who was in a mono/poly relationship that felt her experiences were not represented in the chapter talking about this kind of relationship.) As a solo poly, I like that there was discussion about my style of poly. The book revolves around two basic principles: "the people in a relationship are more important than the relationship" and "do not treat people as things". The end of the book sums it up as "love more. Be awesome." It talks as much about the inner work you need to do for successful relationships of any type as it does about the mechanics of poly living. Each chapter ends with questions to ask related to the topic and throughout each chapter the authors tell stories from their own experiences to illustrate. There's a glossary and resource section at the end. This deserves to be the new go-to book on poly. Found this book on fetlife (2022 0612 su 2242 cest). It is highly recommended. https://fetlife.com/groups/54901/posts/5895725 https://graciex.com/videos/ Sorry, I don't have the book, let alone read it, only shelved it (for future use). aucune critique | ajouter une critique
