I've not read the book (yet) and can't speak to its merits as an adaptation, but as a film viewed on its own it's both an emotional and interesting story I was very happy to get to watch. ( ) Although, as in the case of most movies, the video isn't exactly like the book, it was an very good job. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but as in the case of most movies based on a book, you owe it to yourself to read the book first, otherwise you will not get the full story. Books and videos are not the same, time, special effects, and so forth, force changes, and then there is the studio. I have read the book several times, recommend it to others and now I also recommend the video. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

A hostile alien race attacked Earth, and if not for the legendary heroics of Fleet Commander Mazer Rackham, all would have been lost. In preparation for the next attack, Colonel Hyrum Graff is training only the best young children. Ender Wiggin, a shy, but brilliant boy, is soon ordained by Graff as the military's next great hope. Once at Command School, he's trained by Mazer Rackham, himself, to lead them into an epic battle that will determine the future of Earth and save the human race.
