I loved everything about this-the futuristic setting with its spiffy technology, the characters, and the understated artwork that created such a quiet, melancholy mood. I'm really looking forward to the next volume. ( )

I really liked this story,it seems like a mash-up of the anime "The Time of Eve" and the movie "Her". If you liked either of those this story is for you. ( )

Note to myself: I should make a shelf for books I maybe want to read.

Reasons I want to read this:
- My name is in the title.
- Twu Wuve?
- I don't think I have any science fiction graphic novels.
- Robots.

Reasons I don't want to read this:
- Every time I read about love between a robot and a human it didn't end well.
- Every time I read (or see) a book (or movie/serie) about AI robots it sends me in a existential crisis. It's weird how depressed I get And yes I get depressed not just sad. It's weird I know.
- The knowledge that at the end no one gets a happy ending. How could they when one will always stay the same while the other gets older. Unless.. Will someone upload his brain into a robot body? Because that will satisfy my need for a happy ending.
- Rarely am I ok with open endings, bittersweet endings or tragic endings.

Enjoyable graphic novel about Alex, a lonely guy form a recent break-up, who is caught up in the daily grind of working. Set in the future, his grandmother is living with a male android and buys him a female, very attractive android. There are philosophical issues of man versus robot, especially in the context of a recent event where an android went beserk, killing people, but the heart of the story is about freedom and personal values. Very good, realistic graphics by Luna. Looking forward to reading the next volume. ( )

Woah!! This graphic novel is different than anything I've ever read before. Very excited this is a long series that I can sink my teeth into.

Alex is lonely. He has friends and a job but kind of drones between the two. After a breakup, he takes to coming home from work and sitting on the couch. His friends are worried about him and his Grandmom is too, which leads her to buying him a robot for companionship.

Alex doesn't want a robot. But when it forces him to make some changes, he ends up making a decision bigger than himself... ( )
