This was a really cute book a bout second graders imagining what teachers do after they leave school. There imagination really runs wild when they think that teachers live at the school and do all sort of crazy things. This book would really spark conversation to students who wonder what teachers really do after school.

I liked this story for three reasons. I liked that the author used rhyming and lyrical text. For example, "when classrooms are hushed and the hallways are to when everyone's gone-What do teachers do?" Also, i like the use of repeated language, " What do teachers do?" Finally, i enjoyed that the illustrations offered more details to enhance the text. An example of this would be the illustration describing what the teachers are concocting in the lab. The message of this story is entertainment.
