I like this book for two reasons. One reason is because plot. Even though it is an informational chapter book, it still has a story line that goes along with it. Most informational books just list a bunch of facts, this book actually has Jack and Annie going on an adventure. Another reason why I like this book is because of the language. When reading this book, you could tell that Mary Pope Osborne wanted the readers to actually understand what they were reading. She made it challenging enough where they are learning about a new topic, but easy enough for them to comprehend. The main idea of this book is to teach reader about the lovely sport of soccer. ( )
