( ) Genuinely one of the worst-written, worst-edited books I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to read. Felt like it was about a thousand pages long. It takes a lot to make me give up on a book, especially something as fluffy as this, but holy mother of god, this just tested my patience too far. Special shout out for some of the clunkiest, most-wooden dialogue ever committed to paper. Genuinely one of the worst-written, worst-edited books I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to read. When I first started, I wasn't keen on the jumping forward and backwards in time, but about half way through, I realised I was hooked and couldn't wait to find out more about Molly's life. When the "twist" came, I was shocked and couldn't put the book down without knowing how the story panned out. By the end I felt like I knew the couple, which was helped by Molly's life being quite similar to my own (I worked out that I am only a few years younger than she would be) and so could relate to the Friends and Take That references ;-) I would highly recommend this book, but be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster! aucune critique | ajouter une critique
How do you hold on to a love that is slowly slipping away from you? Can you let go of the past when you know what is in the future? And how do you cope when you know that every kiss is a countdown to goodbye? This is the story of a love affair, of Ryan and Molly and how they fell in love and were torn apart. The first time Molly kissed Ryan, she knew they'd be together forever. Six years and thousands of kisses later she's married to the man she loves.
